By using this website and requesting an appointment with Claudia's Body & Skin Care Center, you agree to the following terms.

 

Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests only. Submitting a request, or responding to a follow-up text message, does not confirm an appointment. All appointment requests are reviewed and manually confirmed by Claudia's Body & Skin Care Center staff against our actual schedule before they are considered booked. You will hear directly from our staff once your appointment has been confirmed.

 

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms: If you affirmatively opt in using the SMS consent checkbox on our appointment request form, you agree to receive text messages from Claudia's Body & Skin Care Center related to your appointment request. These messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Claudia's Body & Skin Care Center.
